We only need some white chocolate you can choose your favourite brand along with whipped cream and our homemade thandai mix.

Thandai Mousse recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Half a cup white chocolate
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon thandai mix powder
Method
- First take water in a pot, let it boil place another pan and add the white chocolate, now allow it melt. Be sure no water drop goes into the chocolate. This will make it solid.
- Take a bowl full of ice cubes,keep another bowl on it and pour whipping cream, white melted chocolate and blend on high speed till soft peaks arrive.
- Remove it in another bowl, add the thandai mix powder Thandai Spice Mix
- Gently fold the mixture and fill in a piping bag
- Pipe it in glass or cups
- Sprinkle some thandai powder
- Enjoy this chilled.

How to melt chocolate…
Melting chocolate is quite simple, either use the double boiler method or microwave it.
For double boiling place a small pan on flame filled with water bring it to boil, now place a larger bowl on top of the pan filled with chocolate. Off the flame once the water has boiled the chocolate will melt by the steam. Once it’s melted remove from the bowl and use when in room temperature.
