Lauki chana dal recipe

Get your hands on this super delicious and tempting recipe. Don’t go on the name I say, yes lauki /bottlegourd does taste awesome.

Ages ago every Brahmans family daily consumed lauki for its health benefits, which was a must then. But now our kids after hearing lauki run around or give excuses.

But if you try it in this manner, believe me this is going to be a super curry for any day. Cooking lauki is so simple and easy as it cooks very quickly. Here you have to soak chana dal for half an hour.
