Sundal is mostly prepared during Navratri or Ganesh chaturthi. A vegan recipe for you all.
This recipe is completely satvic which means no onion or garlic is used. One of the best way to consume kala chana as a snack.
Made mostly with legumes and lentils. Also best naivedya recipe. Me being the huge fan of this recipe. Memories go down to all the visit to Ganpati Pandals where we as kids use to only go for prasad and if kala chana was offered then that would make our day.

Sharing with you my memories of food with this recipe.
