Ingredients
- Olive oil n butter
- 1 cup carrot and capsicum chopped
- 1 cup sweetcorn boiled
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon mixed herbs
- 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
- 2 to 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1.5 teaspoon salt or as per taste
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 2 cups milk
- 2 green chilli chopped
- 1 tablespoon dry red chilli flakes
- Half cup water
- 2 cups boiled rice
Method
- Take a non stick pan Pour oil add in chilli flakes and some herbs quickly give it a mix then add in sweetcorn
- Give it a nice mix add salt, black pepper powder and some coriander leaves
- Mix it well, now add in the boiled rice
- Mix everything well and keep aside your herbed rice is ready.
- Now comes the gravy
- In the same pan heat oil n butter add the chopped veggies sautéed it
- Now add the herbs with some black pepper powder, red chilli powder and salt
- Mix it well Add mayonnaise, red chilli sauce and tomato sauce with salt fry it
- Then pour milk with some water
- Boil till desired consistency is reached
- Off the flame
- Now let’s do the plating
- Place the herded rice in a small bowl, place it upside-down on the serving plate and pour the corn gravy on the side. Remove the bowl gently
