Shinghade ke atte ka halwa/  water chestnut halwa recipe

If you are looking for satvic food options in sweet then this is it. Water chestnut or shinghada as called locally. Gluten free option also for those allergic to wheat flour.

Wholesome and healthy as you can bet on this. Mostly consumed during Navratri fasting.  This keeps one full for the day without bloating.

Singhade ka halwa

Roast this flour in desi ghee for best results. My favourite during fasts as I love the nutty taste of this flour.

You might have noted if you are my old reader that my recipes are quite simple and easy to make. This one is also quick to make.
