Vratwale Honey Potatoes crispy recipe


Hey everyone here we are at the end of the year together. Hope this year was filled with sweet memories.  Life is not about sweetness only just like our food this can be at times sweet or salty.

Anyways today I am sharing with you a simple fasting recipe.  Easy and quick one to go. Honey potatoes as the name suggests.  This recipe is made with coating potatoes with some chestnut flour and deep frying it.  Just like French Fries.

Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon chestnut flour
  • 2 tablespoon ground nut
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon sendha namak
  • Oil for frying
  • 4 tablespoon honey

Method

  • Cut potatoes into fries shape
  • Take a bowl add chestnut flour then add the potatoes
  • Toss this well until it is coated properly
  • Let it set for 5 minutes
  • Meanwhile dry roast ground nut till light brown and remove in a plate let it cool
  • In a wok pour oil and deep fry the potatoes till crispy
  • Remove on kitchen towel
  • Take a grinding jar add the ground nut with green chilli and salt
  • Grind a coarse powder , keep aside
  • Take a serving plate place the fried potatoes on it then layer it with ground nut n chilli powder which we grinded
  • Drizzle generous amount of honey and enjoy
