Makhani Spaghetti recipe


You can never ever go wrong with makhani sauce in any dish used. Today’s spaghetti  is a complete game changer when makhani sauce is used.

Makhani spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves
  • 4 black pepper corn
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 5 to 6 garlic
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste
  • 2 cups water
  • Half teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 5 to 6 cashews
  • Half pack of spaghetti

Method

  • First take a pan pour in olive oil and add butter let it heat a bit
  • Now add in cloves, pepper corns, bay leaf, ginger and garlic
  • Saute this then add in onion let it turn soft.
  • Add tomatoes along with cashews
  • Add a bit salt to make cooking fast
  • Mix everything well once the tomatoes are done then add red chilli powder, coriander powder and kashmiri red chilli powder. Give this a nice mix
  • Pour water adjust the salt and add garam masala powder
  • Bring this to boil and then off the flame let it cool down.
  • Meanwhile let’s boil the spaghetti according to the instructions given on the package
  • Grind a fine paste of the mixture above
  • Take a pan pour oil n butter in this add the grinded mixture
  • Add tomato sauce bring it to boil
  • Now add in the cooked spaghetti mix well
  • Top it with black pepper powder and enjoy
  • Makhani spaghetti is ready
