How to Make Mahua Tea(Basic recipe)
Serves: 2 cups| Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- Half cup Dried Mahua flowers
- 2 cups (480ml) water
- 1 cup (240ml) Milk
Steps
- Rinse dried Mahua in sieve to remove dust.
- Bring water to gentle boil. Add Mahua, reduce heat and simmer from 10 minutes.
- Now, pour milk and boil for another 5 minutes
- Strain into cups
- Enjoy
Enjoy this tea with some roasted cashews or cookies.
