You’ll Need
- 2 cups of veggies whatever is your favourite ( beans, carrots, babycorn, spring onion,capsicum)
- 200 grms paneer
- chinese leaf(optional)
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tsp soy sauce
- half cup slurry(cornflour n water mixture)
- 2 cups water
How to make it
- Heat oil in a wok add ginger-garlic and saute, now add in the green onions white part, saute well
- Add all the vegetables one by one to the wok and saute. The aroma is just yum
- Pour water then add salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce. bring it to boil
- Add in Paneer cubes n babycorn
- Pour the slurry in the veggies and boil till desired consistency
- Garnish with spring onion
How to serve?
You can pair them with momos, spring rolls,or noodles
Enjoy it with fried rice to make it a complete Indo-Chinese treat.
