How to Make Coconut Kheer (Step-by-Step)
Step-1
Heat a heavy bottom pan on low flame, Add the dry grated coconut and lightly saute for 1 to 2 minutes, I have used roasted coconut here.
Step-2
Pour in the coconut milk and mix well. Let it simmer on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking. Remove from the cooking stove then add all the next ingredients.
Step-3
Add powdered sugar , this dissolves quickly.
Step-4
To make this creamy,Add whipped cream and mix.

Flavour this kheer with vanilla essence for the modern twist. Mix well

Let it the kheer rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Serve it chilled, if the weather os hot or just warm it up and enjoy.
