Searching for something quick with a twist that to with potatoes, here you are. This wrap n roll recipe is quick easy and has kids favourite potatoes in it.

I call it a healthy option coz of the paratha that I have used here. It’s just not normal paratha but spinach paratha. We all know the benefits of spinach in one’s diet. My kids don’t eat spinach in their vegetables/ sabzi. So made these delicious paratha and assembled with their yummy potatoes also.

Ingredients
- 2 spinach parathasPalak paratha
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1 onion sliced
- Few garlic leaves
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Oil for shallow frying
- Half teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Half teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala
- Harissa sauce
- Tomato sauce
- Coriander chutney
- Mayonnaise
- Chaat masala
- Salt as per taste
Method
- Cut boiled potatoes into bute size portion
- Take a pan and shallow fry potatoes till golden brown in colour, remove on kitchen towel
- Take a bowl add the fried potatoes, now add the spices given along with salt. Toss this well so that it’s coated nicely. Keep aside
- Take a small bowl add the sliced onions then pour vinegar and garlic leaves chopped. Mix this and keep aside
- It’s time to bring the wrap together, we already have our spinach paratha place it on a platePalak paratha
- Spread mayonnaise generously, place the masala potato in between the paratha
- Now garnish with onion then top it with coriander chutney, harissa sauce, tomato sauce
- Wrap it by folding from all the sides
