- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper powder
- 5 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp amchur powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl take all the given ingredients
- mix everything well
- Now take a grinding jar add all the ingredients you have mixed
- Grind it to a fine powder
- Store it in a air tight container, use as and when required.
