Veg Chinese soup recipe

Chinese soup

You’ll Need

  • 2 cups of veggies whatever is your favourite ( beans, carrots, babycorn, spring onion,capsicum)
  • 200 grms paneer
  • chinese leaf(optional)
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp soy sauce
  • half cup slurry(cornflour n water mixture)
  • 2 cups water

How to make it

  • Heat oil in a wok add ginger-garlic and saute, now add in the green onions white part, saute well
  • Add all the vegetables one by one to the wok and saute. The aroma is just yum
  • Pour water then add salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, sugar and soy sauce. bring it to boil
  • Add in Paneer cubes n babycorn
  • Pour the slurry in the veggies and boil till desired consistency
  • Garnish with spring onion

How to serve?

You can pair them with momos, spring rolls,or noodles

Enjoy it with fried rice to make it a complete Indo-Chinese treat.

Or just enjoy the soup which itself is filling.
