Taro leaves are my In-laws favourite veggie. Give them in any form they love it.

So today I am sharing with you this simple recipe which you can cook in minutes.
Frying these leaves are quick but the taste is super good.
You should definitely give it a try.
Taro leaves have grown in abundance in my house, so instead of making patra it’s sabzi time.
Very basic ingredients have gone in cooking this.

So let’s quickly get the recipe here
Ingredients
- 10 to 15 Taro leaves
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 Dry red chilli
- 3 to 4 garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
- Half teaspoon cumin seeds
- Half teaspoon salt
Procedure
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add in cumin seeds
- Then add dry red chilli, garlic saute till soft
- Now comes the onion add them and fry
- Let this cook
- Meanwhile wash and finely Chop Taro leaves
- Add it in the pan, mix it well
- Now add salt cover it with a lid
- Cook for five minutes
- Open and let the moisture dry
- Fry till Crispy
- It’s done enjoy it with roti or rice
