Broccoli Paneer Paratha/ High protein paratha


Daily intake of protein in your body is so necessary and we do make it a point to give our loved ones healthy and nutritional food. Today’s paratha is one of that recipe where your kids lunchbox will have healthy stuff yet enjoyable.

Broccoli and Paneer/ Cottage cheese what a combination I say. If you haven’t tried this recipe I would suggest that you do try cooking this.

Broccoli Paneer Paratha

Ingredients

  • 2 florets Broccoli
  • 2 cups Grated cottage cheese
  • 1 cup onions Chopped
  • 3-4 Green chilli finely chopped
  • 3-4 crushed garlic
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • Pinch of hing
  • 2 teaspoon Pav Bhaji masala
  • Whole wheat flour dough
  • Oil/ ghee for spreading

Method

  • Blanch the broccoli and Chop it fine.
  • Take a bowl mix all the given ingredients above
  • Take small portions of the dough roll it down and fill one tablespoon of the mixture, seal the dough by bringing the edges together
  • Roll into a flat circle
  • Heat the tawa and cook evenly on both sides by applying ghee.
  • Your Broccoli Paneer Paratha is ready to be served.
