Broccoli and Paneer/ Cottage cheese what a combination I say. If you haven’t tried this recipe I would suggest that you do try cooking this.

Ingredients
- 2 florets Broccoli
- 2 cups Grated cottage cheese
- 1 cup onions Chopped
- 3-4 Green chilli finely chopped
- 3-4 crushed garlic
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- Pinch of hing
- 2 teaspoon Pav Bhaji masala
- Whole wheat flour dough
- Oil/ ghee for spreading
Method
- Blanch the broccoli and Chop it fine.
- Take a bowl mix all the given ingredients above
- Take small portions of the dough roll it down and fill one tablespoon of the mixture, seal the dough by bringing the edges together
- Roll into a flat circle
- Heat the tawa and cook evenly on both sides by applying ghee.
- Your Broccoli Paneer Paratha is ready to be served.
