Morning hours are complete rush hour for any mother/wife in the house.you have got kids going school n husband office.And mind you both have different tiffin choice.Me having twin kids things get more fussy at times if not controlled….Kids wanted pasta with white sauce but morning time, shops closed and I did not have refined flour…hmmm..now what…here comes the jugaad and the name goes jugaad pasta…food my way..
Let’s get the recipe

Ingredients
1 cup penne pasta (boiled)I have used the boiled water as well
2 tablespoons schezwan sauce
4 tablespoons eggless mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoons red chilli powder
1/2 tablespoons coriander powder
Generous amount of grated cheese
Salt as per taste
Some basil leaves for garnish
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 tablespoon butter
Method
First boil the pasta as given in the packet
Don’t discard the water in which you have boiled the pasta
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients given with the cheese and salt,keep aside
Heat Olive oil and butter in a kadai, add in the boiled penne pasta ,give it a stir
Now pour in the mixture and give pasta a gentle mix
Garnish with basil leaves
Serve hot
Kids favourite pasta is ready..the jugaad one
