A very simple and quick recipe made by some cucumber, if you are busy then this is the recipe to try.Sabzi ki sabzi aur salad bhi (curry or salad )
My mother use to make this as side dish with dal roti and achar
Tastes somewhat like lauki (bottle gourd) a simple tadka n you are good to go.Actually cucumber is never left in my kitchen to make sabzis, but this time I made a point to cook them before it got vanished 😃

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 cucumber peeled and chopped into pieces
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds (rai)
- 2 to 3 dry red chilli
- 1 onion chopped
- Some curry leaves
- 1/4 tablespoon haldi (turmeric)
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/4 tablespoon garam masala powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 tablespoon amchur powder
Method
- Peel and wash the cucumber and chop them
- Heat oil in a pan , add mustard seeds let it crackle
- Add dry red chilli, saute
- Add onion chopped , curry leaves
- Straight away add the cucumber, now saute for a minute
- Add in all the spices with the salt, close the lid
- Let it cook for 5 minutes
- Open and saute
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Enjoy them
