Visiting to restaurant after sitting back the first thing we order is starters and one of the most preferred and demanded starters are these Masala papad.simple recipe of making this which requires nothing much,still when served those beautiful colours on that plate are so tempting. After tasting these Masala papad I knew this has to be on my blog and You tube channel as well.check out my channel @Purvanchal’s Tadka.Now whenever Dal chawal is cooked for lunch masala papad has to be served as well😀
So let’s get the recipe quick and do make this at home.
Ingredients
- 4 large papads or punjabi papad
- 2 onions chopped
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- Some coriander leaves chopped for garnish
- Oil for deep frying papad
- 1 tablespoon kala namak
- 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 tablespoon chaat masala (optional)
- Nylon Sev for garnish
Process
- Deep fry the papads and keep aside
- Meanwhile mix all the chopped veggie in a bowl
- Place the papad on serving plate spread the mixture on them generously
- Sprinkle kala namak and red chilli powder
- Garnish with sev
- Serve
