Ingredients
- Rice cakes (tteok) – 1 cup
- Spring onion – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Capsicum – 1/2 cup (sliced)
- Garlic – 4 cloves (finely chopped)
- Paneer – 1/2 cup (shallow-fried cubes)
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
- Gochujang paste – 1 tbsp (adjust spice to taste)
- Salt – to taste
- Water – 1.5 cup
Instructions
- Take a wok heat oil add in garlic, onions and saute a bit.
- Then add in the spring onion green part, along with capsicum.
- Mix this well, now add in the sauces along with gochujang paste and salt.
- Saute the paste and sauc, then add in water.
- Bring this to boil, meanwhile boil the rice cake as per the instructions given on the packet.
- Strain it then add it in the gravy along with paneer.
- Bring this to boil. Serve it hot
