Homemade Nutty Granola with Peanut Butter & Honey

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup almonds (roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup mixed seeds
  • 3 to 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • Half cup honey
  • 6 to 8 dates chopped

Instructions

  • Heat a wok well, in that add in chopped almonds, dry roast them for few seconds. Remove and keep aside.
  • In the same wok add in chopped cashews and walnut, dry roast this as well, remove and keep aside.
  • Now, you have to dry roast the mixed seeds also, leaving aside the cranberries, blueberries and Dates. Remove aside after dry roast.
  • Now its time to dry roast rolled oats till a bit light brown.
  • All this process has to be done on low flame.
  • While you are roasting the Oats add back all the roasted ingredients into the wok.
  • Give it a nice mix.
  • Add in cranberries.blueberries and Dates. Combine everything well.
  • Now pour in the peanut butter and honey.
  • Make sure to coat everything well. let it cool
  • Store it in a air tight container
  • Use in your smoothies, milk or curd.
