Can I dry pudina without an Air Fryer?

Yes. Pudina can also be dried naturally.

This might be coz of the temperature too high or the mints have been in the Air Fryer for too long.

Its better to remove the stem, leaves dry better on their own.

Homemade Dried Pudina

With just one ingredient and few minutes you can have your own dried pudina at home, no need to buy from the store. Air Fryer keeps the aroma and flavour intact of pudina, trust me when you Air Fry Mint leaves your whole house smell aromatic.

Ingredients

  • Fresh Pudina leaves

Method

  • Remove the leaves from the stem.
  • Wash well so that all the dirt is washed away.
  • Spread on a dry cloth and dry it well, we don’t want water on the leaves. For best results.
  • Place the dried leaves on the Air Fryer basket, removing the tray.
  • Place the tray on top of the leaves.This helps the leaves from flying.
  • Set the temperature at 125 deg for 12 minutes.
  • Crispy, dried Pudina leaves are ready.
  • Store them as it is or crush to fine powder.
  • Store in air tight container.
