Dhungri chutney is the proof that you don’t need too much ingredients to make a delicious chutney.

This is a spicy, tangy and incredibly flavourful recipe. Goes well with dal n rice or parathas.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 onion chopped finely
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 4 to 5 green chilli finely chopped
- bunch of coriander leaves
- Roasted peanut half cup
- 10 to 12 garlic pods
- Salt 1 tsp
- 1 Tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- half cup oil
Method
- Take a mixing bowl, add in chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves. Mix it well
- Now add in salt and kashmiri red chilli powder, mix this as well.
- In a grinder jar add roasted peanuts and garlic, grind it to coarse powder.
- Add this to the mixture above
- Heat oil in a wok, and pour on the onion mixture, mix it well and enjoy.
