At times one can’t really decide what has to be made for the break fast that kids love and which also is healthy,making kids eat vegetable is a big deal in my house though,they make me go mad,mayonnaise and cheese are loved by the kids.so mix the veggies with the mayo and you are good to go,kids will love them and adults also.Lets see what goes in making them.FOOD MY WAY

Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread(which ever prefered)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise(eggless)
- 1/2 cup green chutney
- 1 capsicum finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 3 to 4 garlic minced finely
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp herbs(oregano,theme)
- 2 to 3 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper powder
- vegetables and herbs can be used as prefered
- I have used vegetables which were available in my fridge(hahaha)
Method
- In bowl take all the veggies,herbs, mayonnaise and little salt,mix it well
- Now,take bread slices and spread green chutney on all the breads and keep
- From each bread take alternate ones and spread the mayo mixture which we have prepared before
- Cover the bread with the filling with another bread and toast the sandwich on tawa with generous amount of butter
- Have it with some mayo
