what is Kasuri?
Kasuri is basically fenugreek leaves which is widely used in Indian cooking. These are dried fenugreek leaves famous for their bitter and aromatic flavour. Kasuri methi adds unique taste to any dish.

Kasuri Paratha
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/4 tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 tablespoon garam masala powder
- 1/4 tablespoon salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoon kasuri methi
- 1/2 tablespoon chaat masala powder
- 1/4 tablespoon haldi powder
- 1/2 cup water
- Ghee for applying
Method
- In a mixing bowl add wheat flour with all the given ingredients
- Add water and knead a soft dough
- Let it rest for 10 minutes
- Take small portions of the dough roll into small puri fold into square shape and roll down.
- Heat a tawa a cook both the sides by applying ghee
- Enjoy this with masala chai or any achar
