- 4 slices of brown bread
- Generous amount of cheese
- Black pepper powder
- Peri peri
- Kala namak/ Black salt
- Mixed herbs
- Butter or oil
Method
- Spread bread slices top them with cheese, peri peri, herbs, kala namak and black pepper powder
- Place another slice on top
- Heat a griddle grease with butter place the cheese sandwich
- Cook on both the sides applying butter
- On a low flame or till cheese melts
- Cut it diagonally and serve
