Paneer Sandwich


It’s the same old day,running in the kitchen,already late with my morning puja as it was sawan Saturday today had to go to the temple and make paneer sandwich for twins. Crumbled the paneer fast and chopped veggie,almost beating the time to be on time๐Ÿ˜‚ thinking in my mind,god i could have made some thing else n given, with all the hanky-panky I am on time with the lunch box in twins bag.Even mother’s run late at times,all human.

Until now you might have guessed the recipe I am sharing is Paneer Sandwich which is my favourite too.Kids enjoy this and their classmate more๐Ÿ˜€ and then comes your mother cooks so well,I’ll tell my mom to cook this tomorrow ……and on top kids want the same taste as his or her friends mother had cooked,now tell me How is this possible ๐Ÿ˜ฏ Any waz,coming to the recipe super quick and easy one as i don’t like cooking too complicated stuff

Paneer Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 250 grams paneer
  • 1 cup spring onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup cabbage grated
  • 2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon chaat masala
  • 1/2 tablespoon amchur powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon schezwan chutney
  • 2 tablespoon tomato sauce

Method

  • Crumble or grate the paneer
  • Keep in a bowl add in chopped veggie
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • All the given spices and salt
  • Mix it well
  • Apply mayonnaise and butter on one slice

  • And schezwan chutney and tomato sauce on other
  • Spread the filling on the bread
  • Toast it on tawa or griller
  • Your paneer sandwich is ready with simple some stuff
