🛒Ingredients
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
4–5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
1 tsp chilli flakes (adjust to taste)
½ tsp white pepper powder
200–250 gm mushrooms (washed & sliced)
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp vinegar
