Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients for Filling

  • 200g Paneer cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup sweetcorn (boiled)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp Oil/Butter
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
  • Salt to Taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Ingredients for Peanut Sauce

  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp peanut sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions

Step 1. Heat oil or butter in a pan, add paneer saute till light brown, remove in a plate. In the same pan add boiled sweetcorn, spinach saute a bit, then add in garlic, chilli flakes and salt. Sauté for few seconds and remove from the pan.

Step 2. Make the peanut sauce- In a bowl add peanut sauce, warm water, lemon juice, powdered sugar, soy sauce and salt, Mix everything together well. Adjust water for pouring consistency.

Step 3. Assemble the wraps- wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves, Spoon the sauteed paneer, then the spinach corn mixture onto each lettuce leaf. Drizzle generously with peanut sauce.

Step 4. Garnish and serve with spme sesame seeds immediately.
